Before your visit
Booking
Your appointment is confirmed only after completing the online booking process and receiving confirmation. The email link opens your email app. You send the message from that app; an enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.
Prices and payment
Prices apply to the named treatment. Confirm extras, removal of existing product and later touch-ups before booking. Payment at the salon is in cash. Online booking requires a 20% deposit. Cancellations at least 24 hours before the appointment qualify for a deposit refund. For late cancellations or no-shows, the total charge is 50%, with the deposit included.
Cancellation
Cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before your treatment. Later cancellations are charged at 50% of the treatment price. Cancel through the options in your booking confirmation or contact the salon. Any remaining balance is paid in cash unless already paid online. Voluntary full payment in advance is also available.
Arrival
Public parking is available opposite the salon. Monday–Friday 08:00–20:30 · Closed Saturday and Sunday
Statutory right of withdrawal
The cancellation policy does not restrict statutory consumer rights. Where the right of withdrawal applies to a distance service contract, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract. No late cancellation fee applies when exercising this right. Send a clear statement to noelbeautyacademy@gmail.com or NOEL Salon, Vukovarska 96, 21000 Split, including your name, service, contract date or booking reference and contact details. A paper statement should be signed. Suggested wording: “I hereby withdraw from the contract for [service], booked on [date/reference]. Name, address, date.” This form is optional.
Refunds and early performance
Any refund due under the statutory right is made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without extra cost. If you expressly request the service to begin within the withdrawal period, a legally permitted proportionate charge for work already performed may apply. The right ends after full performance only when the legal requirements for prior express consent and acknowledgement are met.
Written complaints
Submit a written complaint at the salon, by post to NOEL Salon, Vukovarska 96, 21000 Split, or by email to noelbeautyacademy@gmail.com. Include the date, service and reply contact. Receipt is acknowledged without delay and a written response is provided within 15 days.
